Mountbatten Brailler: Using a Keyboard.
9 of 14 Training Modules by Steve Barclay.
The Mountbatten Brailler has the capability to use a standard P2 keyboard. The keyboard can be used for a number of different purposes.
1) Communication to a deaf/blind student
2) To help teachers that are not familiar with Braille to quickly produce Braille for a Braille using student.
3) Provide sighted students to interact with blind students.
The ESC key on a keyboard is the same as the COMMAND key on the Brailler.
The ENTER key on a keyboard is the same as the END key on the Brailler.
