Yeast and Gluten Free Bread Article

This is a very simple recipe!
3 c. non-wheat flour (I use a mixture of spelt, kamut, rice, and oats)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c. olive oil
1-1/2 cups water(or other liquid)
Mix dry ingredients together until well blended.
Slowly add wet ingredients to dry one. Mix well.
The dough will be thick and sticky.
Place in a 9X3 pan.
Bake at 200 Degrees for 40 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Note: You can also use different kinds of oil, add seeds, or a sweetener for variety.
